Today’s beer is called “Nostradamus”: its a dark brown in color and considered a Belgian brown ale. The beer has an irony wired smell, almost as if you took champagne and mixed it with beer, that is what it smells like. The taste is smooth bubbly a lot of champagne notes and has an almost dogfish head raisin detre of what ever that dogfish head I talked about earlier taste like. But it does taste great and is worth the 18.99 for the 4 pack. Unique beer with a lot of champagne character.
